When approached by the owners to dispose of the site, Barnao Property conducted a review of the asset to determine the optimal realisation strategy. A subdivision was implemented, preserving heritage buildings and achieving access off a primary regional road. Barnao Property acted as co-selling agent in the sales campaign.
