Barnao Property assembled a parcel of commercial land in the late 1990’s, amalgamating those acquired into a single green title block. Working on behalf of a private syndicate, the property was developed into a storage facility with 580 storage units, 65 car bays, and offices.

After running a successful storage business on the premises and whilst at maximum occupancy, sale of the property and business was negotiated in late 2021, to Storage King.
