Barnao Property acted as development manager overseeing the acquisition, planning, financing, servicing, development, and asset sale for 7-Eleven Greenfields.  Three concurrent construction projects were managed on-time and under budget to ensure the tenant opened the doors as planned.  With a long-term lease in place, the fuel station was subsequently sold.
